Humana One Dental C550 Plan (NO Waiting Period Plan)

If you're looking for a Humana dental plan that covers preventive care and offers substantial discounts on other dental procedures this is your plan. After a small copayment, you'll be 100 percent covered for many preventive services such as cleanings, X-rays and oral exams. The plan also offers fixed dollar copayments on other procedures.

C550 Procedure Prices:

Office Visit $10 copayment Periodic oral evaluation $0 X-rays $0 Filling (silver) $30 Filling (tooth-colored) $50 Extraction $35 These are the estimated costs the patient will pay per procedure with his or her General Dentist and are based on the C550 Schedule of Benefits.

C550 Plan Benefits:

You have a network of more than 5,000 participating dentists nationwide. You must select your dentist before you enroll but can change participating dentists at any time. Even though you have the option of paying monthly or yearly, this is a one year plan.

•100% coverage for many preventive procedures

•Freedom from hidden costs, deductibles, waiting periods and benefit maximums

•Pre-existing conditions covered right from the start
